Wild Terrain Designs is owned and managed by its CEO Halia Senu. Halia is a tertiary qualified designer and project manager and brings strong project management with a particular focus on risk management to the company. The keen interest in risk has lead this dynamic CEO towards completing a PhD in Risk Management, with particular focus on the “psychology of risk”. Halia is responsible for all design work, sales & marketing and final project management of deliverables to site. Halia also ensures that all contract and commercial offers are tailored to suit each client’s requirements and takes time to personally ensure each Wild Terrain Designs construction provides the perfect solution to your requirement. The company is founded on solid principles of environmentally sensitive design, all steel prefabrication, transportability of products, and speed to site. This achieved by using project management principles ensuring predicted quality and solid delivery. The organization structure is a simple flat line and operations are conducted using strategic alliances. These alliance partners include consulting engineers, business advisers, accounting, legals & contracts, steel fabrication, construction, labour, freight and furnishings.
